DESCRIPTION:Join us for a free family event that allows you to connect with your inner “Indiana Jones” through interactive\, hands-on activities. Riverside’s Archaeology Day runs from Noon to 4:00 PM on Sunday\, October 23\, 2022. The event features: a public archaeology dig\, artifact washing\, behind-the-scenes archaeology tours\, demonstrations\, special presenters\, scavenger hunt–and a Friends of the Southwest Library Book Sale in our Visitors Center from 1:00 — 4:00 PM. Food vending by Top Dog Enterprises. \nHeld in partnership with the Kentucky Archaeological Survey.
