DESCRIPTION:Join us for a discussion about the insights artifacts found through archaeology can offer into the lives of enslaved people. Discussion will include how that information informs our understanding of the ways enslaved people created individual and community identities\, and how these cultural practices provided avenues of resistance and empowerment.
