DESCRIPTION:Join us for a FREE presentation by archaeologist Anne Bader\, owner of  Corn Island Archaeology\, LLC\, on “The Archaeology of Native American Settlement.” Ms. Bader will focus on how humans and the environment interatected and affected one another over 12\,000 years in the Falls of the Ohio region. The presentation at Riverside will also highlight the prehistoric activity in what is now Southwest Jefferson County. Ms. Bader is a co-author of the 2021 book  Falls of the Ohio River\, Archaeology of Native American Settlement (University of Florida Press).
